Every now and then you come across something on YouTube that hits you right between the eyes. While browsing this week I came across Chris Smither’s cover version of the Bob Dylan song, Desolation Row. It’s on his Train Home CD, which was released back in 2003. I fell in love with his version straight away.
I was aware that Bonnie Raitt is a big fan and sure enough she shows up on this track playing slide and singing backing vocals. Talk about the icing on the cake. Anyway, if you have the time or feel like checking it out you can have a listen here
