If you’re wondering what to buy your loved one this Christmas then perhaps Marcus Connaughton’s recent book; “Rory Gallagher – His Life & Times” fits the bill. Further reason to buy it is the inclusion of a great story by Barry about the time he travelled to see Rory play in West Berlin and ended up behind the wall in East Berlin by accident. Obviously he lived to tell the tale…and it’s a good one.
